  • No pets allowed.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property.
  • No events or parties allowed above the maximum occupancy of 11 guests.
  • Children are allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice. No refunds are given if guests are not prepared for winter weather.
  • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
  • Management is not responsible for items left in the home.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • The property includes bed linens and towels, climate control, high-speed internet, dishwasher, clothes washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, basic dishes and silverware, and library. Kitchen includes utensils and cooking basics.
  • Homes offer a starter set of paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
